Do you offer special events?

Yes, we offer a variety of special events that are tailored to your specific needs.

What if I am running behind for my appointment?

You must cancel your appointment within 5 hours or you will be charged a no show fee unless it’s an emergency.

Clients that are more than 15 min late may be rescheduled depending on the service.

 

Where do I park?

We offer validation for the parking garage or there is metered parking on the street.

 

Do you offer Children’s haircuts?  How much are they?

We will no longer be allowing children under the age of 12 to be scheduled for appointments or be permitted inside the shop. This is due to circumstances beyond our control and we apologize and appreciate your understanding.

 

Can I leave my phone number with you incase of a cancellation?

We don’t take phone numbers at our front desk because we don’t have a receptionist.  Our Scheduling on our reservation page is a live feed.  So that is the most efficient way to get what you want.  We usually don’t know we have a cancellation until its to late.

 

Do you have Gift Cards?

We do offer gift cards at the shop. Just pop in and Ralph or one of the guys can take care of it.

 

Who did all of your Custom wood work and all of the artwork?

Zac Bryson did all of the wood work and Rob Hutchenson did all of the artwork in Derby.  If you would like either of their contact information feel free to ask.
