With an illustrious 17-year career originating from The Paul Mitchell School in Utah, Mikayla Bianchi now enhances our team at Derby with her immense talent and passion. Initially launching her journey as a cosmetologist, Mikayla later discovered her forte in men's hairstyling through the extensive experience she gathered in multiple salons.
In 2013, she commenced her focused journey to specialize in men's haircuts and master the art of barbering. Her profound love for the industry, coupled with her years of polished experience, brings an exciting dynamism to our crew here at Derby.
